AI use case library Β· 144 use cases Β· Service businesses
144 use cases that produce real returns for established service businesses. Filter to your goal, your vertical, your starting point.
This is the deep version of the AI use cases page. If you arrived here knowing your goal, use the filters. If you're not sure what you're looking for, start with the bucket that sounds most like you, filter to your vertical, and look at the use cases tagged β or π° first. Those are the ones most owners start with, and the ones that tend to produce the largest returns.
The library is curated. We have left out generic ChatGPT prompts you can find anywhere, and use cases that depend on tooling we don't yet trust to deliver consistent results. What's here works in real businesses. The numbers are honest. The effort estimates are honest. The tags are honest.
Try removing one filter, or book a fit call and we'll talk through what you actually need. AI for your specific situation may not be in this library yet.
We have left out four categories deliberately.
Any owner can do these for themselves with no help. They are real, they just are not what a service business pays a consultant for.
Voice cloning for outbound, fully autonomous AI sales reps, and AI-generated video at scale are real categories with real limitations. We will add them when the tooling catches up.
AI-driven "bias detection" in hiring, AI-driven "wellness monitoring" of employees, and similar use cases that look good in board reports but do not produce measurable returns.
Manufacturing scheduling, e-commerce returns automation, hospitality dynamic pricing. All real, none our focus.
If a prospect asks about something not in this library, the honest answer is: that use case exists, we have not deployed it ourselves, and we are not the right firm to advise on it.
